About Todd Flood

The Flood & Hicks groupAfter years of working in the IT industry in Seattle, Todd decided that Palm Springs would be the ideal place to live. The desert lifestyle has proven to be a perfect fit. The natural beauty of the area, the friendly atmosphere, and the stunning architecture inspire him in his life and his work, and he wants to realize the same dream for his clients.

Todd has decades of customer service and technical experience. In his previous technology career, Todd worked for a non-profit organization that envisioned a better world. In that environment, he found creative and new ways to solve problems and he combined those with a strong sense of customer service. He earned a reputation for being detail-oriented and professional, and for putting his customers’ needs first. He brings that same drive and desire to improve people’s lives to his real estate clients to help them find their next home.

Todd has a passion for real estate. That passion started at an early age and for a time he considered becoming an architect. As a child he spent hours thumbing through real estate and design magazines and memorized countless floorplans from books. As an adult he made a hobby out of visiting open houses. Having bought and sold properties in the past several years, he understands the process from his clients’ side and can help make that process easier. His goal is to be the type of real estate agent that he would want to work for him.

When not selling real estate, Todd enjoys travelling, hiking and exploring with his husband and business partner and their four-legged “kids”, decorating (and constantly redecorating) their home, cooking, and enjoying the incredible Palm Springs restaurants.
